Kusnanto Anggoro is a researcher at the Department of International Relations, Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Jakarta. He is also a lecturer at the Department of International Relations and American Studies Programme, University of Indonesia, and at the Army's College of Joint Staff and Command in Bandung.
He is a member of the Council for Security Cooperation in Asia and the Pacific (CSCAP). His obtained his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, his graduate degrees in International Politics from the University of Indonesia, and Russian and International Relations from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. His research interests are political and security affairs.
